What we take
Usable items in good shape. We load them, and we rehome first and donate next, through neighbors and local charities.
- Single items or a full truck.
- Mixed loads are fine. Anything worn out or broken counts toward Responsible Disposal.
- We can’t take very heavy or bulky items, large appliances or hazardous materials. See the FAQ for the list.

Donation Pickup questions
How do estimates work?
Text us photos of what you’d like to go, your zip code, and when you’d like us to come. Or give us a call and tell us about it. We reply with a price range. Before we load, we’ll share a price range based on our best estimate, and you only pay for the space actually used.
Where do my items go?
We rehome first, donate next, and dispose last. Items in good shape get a second life, through neighbors and local charities.
What condition do donated items need to be in?
Usable and in good shape. Items that are damaged, ripped, heavily scratched, heavily worn, stained, or have odors may be priced as Responsible Disposal. We decide the condition of each item on site.
Can I mix donations and disposal in one visit?
Mixed loads are fine. We sort as we load: items in good shape count toward donations, and anything worn out or broken counts toward Responsible Disposal. Each part is priced by the space it takes up.
Can I get a receipt for a tax deduction?
We’re a for-profit business, not a 501(c)(3) charity, so we can’t provide tax-deductible donation receipts.
